Ways to help you drink more water

We all know how important it is to drink enough water to improve your health and for fat loss but I know this is something some of you seem to struggle with. Here are few tips for you to help you to try and step up your intake.
1.Make your water more interesting add a sliced lemon, lime, oranges, cucumber or fresh mint.
2. Carry a 2 litre bottle around with you during the day, you could even write some times with a marker pen on your bottle so you set yourself targets of how much you need to have drunk by a certain time.
3. Drink a glass of water before and after every meal.
4. Your water doesn’t have to be cold, drink more warm water with lemon juice throughout the day and herbal teas these count towards your water intake too.
